Volunteers make Navy a warm and engaging place for our students to thrive. We have plenty of opportunities to fit every schedule! Volunteers are needed to donate food for various teacher/staff events, set up/break down from various events, or even help to design flyers and social media content!

We Need Your Help! We'd love to hear more about your strengths and interests so we can "match" you to an opportunity. Navy teachers and staff sometimes have last minute needs for volunteers, and having this information helps us provide them! Please fill out our volunteer interest form to get started.

Ad Hoc Volunteer Opportunities. There are plenty of opportunities to help! Our current volunteer needs are listed below and frequently updated.

Committees. If you have more time, please consider serving on a committee for one of our many events. These events range from small to large. If you are a committee chair, please click on the link below for tips and resources!

Room Parents. Room parents serve as liaison between teachers, classroom parents/guardians, and the PTO Board. You will work with the classroom teacher to determine what they need from parents in terms of volunteers (e.g., party planning, Friday Folder schedules) and occasionally share messages from the PTO. If you are interested in becoming a room parent, please reach out directly to your child's teacher.
