The Navy Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a non-profit organization in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations made to the Navy Elementary School PTO may qualify as a charitable deduction for Federal income tax purposes.
