Please complete the cash box request form and email it to email@example.com. Do not sign it until you receive the money from the Treasurer. Make sure you also use and turn in the Cash Box Log form as well.
Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before the event.
The Navy PTO Board will review your request and, if approved, will prepare the cashbox for your event.
