Get Ready for the Navy Fun Run!

Get your cheering squad ready! The Navy Fun Run kicks off this WEDNESDAY!! The 10-day program starts with a Pep Rally and ends with the big Fun Run event on Friday, September 30th!

This year, we’re raising funds for new technologies, overhead projectors and more, but we need your help!! If you have not already, please register your child at FUNRUN.com, School Code: 398-458.

In addition to the Fun Run, our students will be learning about this year’s character theme through the BACKYARD BOX OFFICE. It’s a movie theme all about making a difference by getting into character. From inventors, to world-class speakers, to business owners, to world-record holders, students will learn step-by-step how to make a difference in their community from five REAL life kids dedicated to making people’s lives better.

Additionally, by raising funds through this year’s Navy Fun Run, each class has the opportunity to work together and give meals to someone in need right here in Fairfax County. Every time a class raises $30 per lap, Boosterthon will donate three meals to a local person in need. To learn more about Boosterthon’s giveback program, check out this blog post.

We look forward to a great fundraiser!
